Airaj Isaacs is currently serving as Director on the management board of the Cavalier Group, a leading provider for the commercial management of tanker vessels in the Middle East, North Africa and Southeast Asia regions. The Cavalier Group has been operating out of Dubai, United Arab Emirates for 20+ years and has offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Cavalier Group, Airaj Isaacs served on the management board and as Director Business Development at the MCI Group (Middle East Headquarters), a global Association Management & Consulting Firm operating in the healthcare, engineering, energy, and ICT sectors. In addition, prior to joining the Airaj Isaacs worked at First Gulf Bank in Wealth Management/ Private Banking services.
Captain Mohamed Al Ali is the Senior Vice President Ship Management at ADNOC Logistics and Services (L&S) since 2018. In his current role at ADNOC L&S, he oversees the Technical and Crew Management of ADNOC L&S’ fleet, including LNG and LPG carriers, Tankers, Dry Bulk carriers, Container Feeders, Offshore and Marine Service vessels. Captain Al Ali has over 20 years of successful experience in oil and gas and shipping. He started his career as a deck cadet with National Gas Shipping Company Ltd (NGSCO), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADNOC in 1996, and rose to become the first UAE National Master on an LNG carrier in 2008. While there, he also spearheaded a number of joint energy efficiency and optimization projects between Abu Dhabi National Tanker Company (ADNATCO) and NGSCO, achieving Energy Management Standard ISO 50001 and Asset Management Standard 55001. Captain Al Ali and his team are the recipients of several local and international Maritime Awards such as ADNOC HSE, Dubai Sustainability, Maritime Standard and Sea Trade awards. Captain Al Ali holds an Executive Master Degree in Business Administration from Zayed University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Business and Management from John Moores University in Liverpool, UK.
Martin Helweg is the Chief Executive Officer of P&O Maritime Logistics. For the past 3 years, Martin had served as Chief Operating Officer of P&O Maritime Logistics, where he had been responsible for the company’s global operations.
Martin has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles. In his most recent role with Svitzer, Martin was responsible for the Americas Region as Regional Managing Director. Prior to that, Martin was Svitzer’s Regional Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Managing Director for Asia, Middle East & Africa, based in Dubai.
Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and unique experience from the industry, in various roles and geographies (Americas, Asia, Middle East and Africa) within finance and leadership roles including large-scale marine operations, growing businesses in the offshore sector and forming strong relationships with global oil & gas clients.
He joined in 2013, and during this period he has led the Group through significant revenue and geographic growth. Extensive experience in diverse markets with a profound knowledge of finance and proven advisory skills allow Nitin to provide solutions by getting all stakeholders together to achieve common objectives. Nitin believes in keeping things simple and attributes his success to mutually respectful relationships, which he has built over his extensive career. He is driven to uphold the highest level of ethics, credibility and transparency through a diverse and holistic range of competencies he has gained over the last 24 years across multiple geographies.
